By using the website of Phoenix Healthcare Republic of Turkey, currently serving at http://www.phoenixhealthycare.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and using any of the services offered through this Site, as stated below, you accept that you are a user of the Site and that you are bound by the terms of use set forth in this Agreement as long as you continue to benefit from the services offered on the Site and you undertake to comply with them.

The use of some of the services offered on the Site may be regulated by some additional rules, and in such cases, you may be asked to declare that you accept the additional rules during your access to the use of the relevant services. Phoenix Healthcare reserves the right to make changes to the services it offers, to offer new services and/or to remove existing services, and this Agreement will remain valid for all added, changed and/or removed services.

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of it, may be changed at any time and at the unilateral will of Phoenix Healthcare, with or without notice. In case of changes as specified, the updated texts of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of it, will be published on the homepage of the Site and the changes will enter into force on the date of publication. Your continued use of the Site and benefit from the services provided after the changes are published will mean that you have accepted these changes and are bound by them. USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES

Site users and users who have shared their information with us to benefit from the services offered accept and undertake the following:

Password and Security: In order to benefit from some services on the site, you need to share your contact information and it is the responsibility of the users to ensure the confidentiality of this contact information and other information. In particular, it is important for your information security not to share your e-mail password with anyone and to set a strong password. Again, for this purpose, it is especially important to close your session after each use.

The following cannot be determined for the information to be shared with us on the Website:

The user who owns the above mentioned sharing is responsible.

Users who use shared computers accept and undertake to close their e-mail user accounts through which they can contact us after they have finished using them but before leaving the Site.

On the other hand, if you think that the security of your e-mail account is at risk and/or if you suspect that your login information such as your password or our correspondence with you has been obtained by third parties, you must inform Phoenix Healthcare of this situation without delay.

Your notification of unauthorized access is not sufficient to oblige Phoenix Healthcare to take any action, and all risks that may arise from unauthorized use of your account are your responsibility. Information and content that violates legal regulations, whether intentionally or not (this legal regulation includes the law applicable to this Agreement, the legal order of the users‘ service provider and computer and the law of the place where the personal data is shared),

Forging Internet Protocol (IP) headers to conceal its own identity information or otherwise using it to manipulate cookies,

Information and content that is presented to Phoenix Healthcare in a misleading, false or incomplete manner,

Interfering with or disrupting the Site, services, service providers and the internet networks to which the Site is connected, or information and content that violates any requirements, agreements, regulations of their networks,

Content that collects and accumulates information about other users,

Other internet users

Information and content that involve any activity that violates the privacy of third parties, including but not limited to collecting and distributing users‘ information, except where permitted by applicable law,

Uploading or publishing any software containing viruses or any computer code, file or any program that interferes with, destroys or limits the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communication tool on Phoenix Healthcare servers or networks,

Using this Website to insult or slander Phoenix Healthcare, its employees or other persons or to engage in any other action that would tarnish Phoenix Healthcare’s reputation,

The compensation for any damages that may arise due to the violation of this article is the responsibility of the user, and the damages suffered by Phoenix Healthcare, its business partners or its managers, directors, employees and other persons will be fully and completely compensated. This liability of the users is absolute.

Prohibition of False Information: Users accept and undertake not to provide false, misleading or untrue information to Phoenix Healthcare. If the information transferred to Phoenix Healthcare later becomes false, misleading or untrue, such change will be immediately notified to Phoenix Healthcare.

Integrity and Single Profile: Users who want to benefit from the services offered on the site can make a single application simultaneously. Different applications cannot be made in a way that is false and misleading.

Prohibition of Harassing Phoenix Healthcare Employees and Representatives: Users accept and undertake not to harass Phoenix Healthcare employees and representatives assigned for the services offered, and not to engage in disturbing, intimidating and threatening behaviors.
